claimflow was founded in 2018 by the two managing directors Dr. Sami Charaf Eddine and Sebastian Danitz.
Sebastian Danitz is co-founder and managing director of ClaimFlow Technology GmbH. The passionate programmer is responsible for the areas of software and finance.
We program and operate software for handling insurance claims. We can do that. That we like.
We keep our programming and insurance know-how in-house. That makes us fast and agile.
We are pure technology providers. Anyone who processes claims can use claimflow as a tool for their processes.
With the vision of making claims processing as easy and fast as ordering online, Sebastian Danitz and Dr. Sami Charaf Eddine founded claimflow in early 2018.

On 01.01.2019, the first webapp goes online. Insurance brokers with a focus on the real estate industry and their housing industry customers can now digitally report and manage insurance claims and get real-time access to all claims data.

In trusting cooperation with renowned insurers and brokerage houses, claimflow continues to drive forward the digitalization of claims processing. Together with the employees of the individual specialist departments, existing processes are being scrutinized, improved, and digitally mapped. The consistent digitization of further parts of the claims value chain is noticeably reducing claims cycle times.
Based on the digitized processes, the development of claimflow's artificial intelligence begins from then on.

In order to meet the needs of our customers in the best possible way, we are now integrating motor vehicle and other property damage claims into the software in addition to building damage claims. Claims in the area of travel insurance can now also be processed via claimflow. The users of our software thus have the possibility to digitally process claims in all property lines end-2-end with a single tool. From the notification of the claim to the payment including bordero.
In the course of the new release of the software, the user interface of the software can be configured in any language. The underlying algorithms of data processing are also adapted according to national specifics.
